Last weekend we had an opportunity to visit Grants Farm for a special event. The boys loved seeing the animals!
Marcus checks out some Clydesdales.

Marcus was quite impressed. Alex, not so much.
Alex couldn't get enough of the goats!
The goats flocked to Marcus and Dan.
Then it was time for the Carousel rides.
We all get to pet a Clydesdale.
This past weekend, we went to Faust Park's Heritage Days where Marcus got to ride a pony.
Here Marcus helps make some pottery.
Next he made some music with this woman playing the Appalachian Dulcimer.
Marcus had to flex is muscles to see if the rope he made was strong enough. Fortunately it was.
Then he got to make a wooden peg....
....grind corn into corn meal....
And do some workworking....
It was a busy morning!
