At the end of September, we headed up to Cannon Falls to surprise Dan's mom for her 60th birthday (her actual birthday is in November!) and to celebrate Dan's dad's retirement. We took a boat ride on Lake Pepin, had a wonderful dinner at Lake Elmo Inn and enjoyed family time with with everyone, including Julie , Jay and our nephews!
