On Saturday, mom headed back to Chicago, and later that day, our friends Matt and Jenny, and their daughters Molly and Emily, visited and treated us to a pizza dinner. Marcus slept very well that night, probably in anticipation for church on Sunday. :) He made it through the whole service without fussing, thanks in large part to a pacifier. :) Later that day, the three of us headed over to our friends Anand and Jessica's house for a SuperBowl Party. Marcus didn't even mind being passed around and held by our friends. He slept, or fed, most of the time. Couldn't argue with that... the game was a snoozer. :)
On Monday, our next door neighbor Jess invited us over to her house for a few hours and on Wednesday, Marcus and I headed over to St. Joseph Hospital for Wednesday Weigh In. Since we don't have another appointment until March, I was curious to see how much weight he's gained in the last week. The results: 8 pounds, 9.8 ounces - a healthy gain over last week's 8 pounds, 2 ounces.
