In keeping with tradition, this year Dan set out to make another spectacular dessert for our "FriendsGiving" dinner party. He decided on giant cookie balls containing various fillings, cemented together with frosting and then dipped in a Bailey's chocolate ganache. Irish Gravity Balls!
The first one didn't work out so well...
But after making a mold out of foil and biscuit cutters, it came out just right.
And repeat!
